○注文内容
中華そば 700円
お昼ご飯にお邪魔しました。
池下近くの春岡にあるこのお店。以前から気になっておりましたが休業日にことごとく当たってしまいなかなか行けませんでしたが本日無事に入ることができました。
なかのは以前は丸の内にもお店を出されていましたが今はスタートの春岡店のみとなっております。
注文したのは中華そばでした。スープが溢れ出すほど入っておりあっさりとした醤油味の中にカツオだしの香ばしさが漂っております。あっさりというと味が薄いのかな？と思いがちですがカツオだしが強く出ているので風味を楽しめ薄いという印象は全く感じませんでした。
チャーシューもしっかり加熱されており歯応えとカツオだしの風味を楽しめました。
