名古屋・今池の東にある「麺なかの春岡店」。かなり昭和チックな外観ですが、ステンレス張りのカウンター席だけの店内はゆったりとしていて、むしろ広々とした感じのラーメン屋さんです。
メニューは「中華そば」をベースに、トッピングの違いで「ネギそば」「竹の子そば」「肉そば」などのバリエーション。その中からスタンダードな「中華そば」800円をいただきました。
アッサリと優しい感じの鶏ガラスープに緩く縮れた中細麺。小ぶりなチャーシューやゆで卵、メンマ、ホウレンソウなどがトッピングされている、外観同様、ノスタルジックな中華そばです。
あまりにノスタルジックすぎて物足らないのは否めませんが、とてもアッサリしているので吞んだ後の〆の一杯には丁度いいかもしれません。
ちなみに、写真撮影はお断り。そのつもりじゃなくても不用意にスマホを構えると、いきなり怒鳴られるのでご注意を。
