通勤中に発見し、オープン初日にお邪魔させていただいたこのお店。
まさかこんな場所に？という所にあります。
もともと「鉄板」という言葉に目がない我々。
しかも、オープン特別記念ということで、生ビールがとってもお安くなっていたので夫と訪問。
アルコール類の品揃えは普通ですが、ワインリストはありました（見てはいませんが）。
特徴としては、フォアグラなどなかなか普通の鉄板焼き屋さんにはないものが黒板メニューにあります。
気になって聞いてみたところ、シェフがフレンチ出身とのこと。
なるほど納得です。
でも、普通の鉄板メニューもちゃんとあるので安心して居酒屋使いが可能です。
特にお気に入りは、太麺の焼きそば。
これは美味しい！
ソースもこだわってらっしゃるそうなので、行かれる方はぜひ召し上がってみてはいかがでしょう。
欲を言えば、窓が一つもない高架下のお店なので、換気がもう少しきくとよろしいでしょうか。
まぁ、鉄板なので仕方ありません。
我が家は鉄板に行く際、丸洗い可能な服で参戦するようにしております。
洗面所にはファブリーズも置いてあり、先日再訪した際にはお手洗いの中にもストーブが置いてあるなど、細かい気配りもして頂けておりましたので好感が持てます。
初日に伺った際、のちのち個室を作りますとおっしゃっていたのですが出来たのでしょうか…？
