またまた近くに来たので再訪
3回目、ご無沙汰な再訪
連れがお好み焼きが食べたいとなり、自分はワインとチーズを希望で考えた結果、いいところがある
とひねりだせました。
線路下の隠れ家的な店。かなり好きだったのに何故久しぶりなんだろう？
多分、夏の屋根裏部屋は暑いからかな。
さて、まずは、スパークリングワインにて乾杯。
毎回、何に乾杯してるんだろ？
生ハムサラダとレバームースなどで楽しむ。

やはり変わらず好きです。
下記を食べましたがそれぞれ美味しく、ワインが進みまくりました。久しぶりの心地よい酔い。
トマトとモッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ バジルソース
定番な味でバジルが爽やか。
アユのコンフィ 大葉のジェノベーゼ風味のソースで
鮎を長時間油で煮た感じで柔らく、肝の苦味もアクセントに。
ホワイトアスパラのソテー 温泉卵と生ハム添え
生ハムが少ししょっぱいかな？
アオリイカと新じゃがいものジェノベーゼ炒め
味付けも程よく歯ごたえが良い。
フォアグラを練り込んだ鉄板ハンバーグ
鉄板で食べるおつまみハンバーグが贅沢な気分に。
特製焼きフロマージュ ～フォンデュ風ソースお好み焼き～
フワフワお好み焼きにチーズソースが良いです。
黒毛和牛A5ランク いちぼのステーキ
トリュフ塩、わさび醤油、岩塩などで柔らかい肉が楽しめました。
フォアグラとパルミジャーノの鉄板リゾット
これを食べに来てると言っても過言ではないくらい好き。アルデンテなリゾットも、最初と焦げ始めた感じも、フォアグラをそのまま食べるも、溶け出しリゾットと混ざる感じも美味しい。
鉄板フォンダンショコラ バニラ添え
バニラアイスをスプーンですくい熱いフォンダンショコラを絡めて冷たい熱い美味いを楽しめました。
はい、食べすぎです。飲み過ぎです。価格は参考にならないかもです。
