一回目は5、6年とか前になると思うけど
駐車場付きのレストランと言うことで
夏前に利用した事があって
その時も同じモノポールコース3200で、プラス料金でお肉は牛肉にしたかと思う。前菜とメインは1人ずつ選べます！
そちらはインスタにて数年前？
過去ピックとしてあげたようなどうだったかな…

だいぶ前だから記憶としては
最初の前菜でカニ味噌のバーニャカウダが一番印象的に残ってて、今回もそちらをいただきました。
やっぱり、美味しいです(*´∀｀*)
蟹味噌風味がまろやか
土に見立てたものも黒胡麻など使って体にいいのだから野菜についても食べられます。
ソースは余ったらパンにつけて食べるのがおすすめ。
私は全部いただきました！
もう一個の前菜は鯛のカルパッチョで赤いビーツのソースにじゃがいもの冷たいポタージュ
続いて、この季節は"桃のスープ"
これはスモモっぽいちょっぴり酸味とピンク色をしてて、繊細な味わいでした。
魚料理はスズキだったか、イサキ？でカダイフが重ねてあり
アイオリソースみたいなクリーム味のソースがカダイフの上に。
底には春菊のソースといろいろな緑の野菜、長芋のソテーされたものがあり少し和モダンにも感じました。
やや味付けはしっかり
そして、今回楽しみにしてた『オマール海老』
プラス1650
このお値段でオマールが食べられてラッキーです
殼から剥いてあり、プリッとした身でソースは泡のエスプーマ仕立て★
生クリームが入ってるのかほんのりと甘みのありつつ
塩気も感じて、海老の旨味やコクがあるものでした。
こちらにはナスとかオクラ、甘長唐辛子がソテーされてました。
そのあと西尾抹茶プリン
お茶感もあるけど、きちんとプリンの滑らかさや甘さもありました
お菓子はミニカヌレ
しっかり焼けてもちっとしておりました。良いランチ、食後は紅茶もいただいて満喫できました！
