週末で激混みの名古屋駅界隈を抜け出して郊外の「ラーメンEAST百名店」へ。
久しぶりに期待を裏切らない美味い塩ラーメンに出会いました。
吹上 "らーめん奏"
ご夫婦で営まれているご様子の店は、カウンター7席とテーブル1卓のこじんまりした店舗。
購入した食券は、
⚫︎しおチャーシュー麺 1000円
丁寧に仕込まれた黄金色に輝くスープはコクがあるのに一切の雑味なく、素材の由緒正しさを感じさせます。テラテラと表面に浮かぶ鶏油の香り高く、糸状の出汁昆布がアクセント。
麺は自家製。これが一番大事。
モチモチ、ツルツルのコシのあるストレート中細麺が、べらぼうに美味い。スープとのバランスも完璧で、やはりラーメンは「麺料理」である事を再認識。
豚2種と鶏のチャーシューも秀逸。スープと麺を邪魔しない、程よい味付けと歯応えながらも、しっかりと主張する存在感。
気がつけば久しぶりにスープ完飲。総じて円やかで上品なコクが楽しめる口福度MAXの塩らーめんでした。
