千種正文館のすぐ裏側にある、１人で切り盛りしてみえる、小じんまりしたお店です。
家族でランチにうかがいました。
ランチは２種類でしたが、どちらも大変丁寧に準備されたおいしいものでした。
セットになっているスープも、有機野菜（だったかな？）がごろごろ入っていて、ボリュームも万点です。
スープのベースは多分コンソメか何かだと思いますが、バランスはよいです。
メインの料理は、
ハンバーググラタン：ハンバーグの量が半端なく、普通の２倍近い感じで、しかも結構良質です！そこにモッツァレラチーズをのせて焼いてあります。ソースもしっかりしていて立派です。焦げ方が皿ごとに多少違うのは御愛嬌でしょう。
とんかつ：まるでウィーンのシュニッツェルの豚肉版みたいに、薄いロース肉を少なめの油で揚げてある感じです。他にもごく少なめの油で揚げるとんかつの店はありますが、そことは違って肉のジューシーさをちゃんと閉じ込めて上手に揚がっています。トマトソースも手作りでおいしく、チーズとの相性もバッチリでした。
とにかく、コスパは最高で、味も十分満足できました。
もちろん、洗練されたデリケートな味を期待してはいけません。
