Drinking at Imaike, finish here. I drank beer, highball, and wine, so I came here because I wanted to drink sake. The stick out is scallop marinated in olive oil. If you order kakuni, it also comes with a boiled egg, which is great for egg lovers (^^) It's today's sake, so if you come on another day, you'll probably be able to drink other sake as well. First up is Gassan and Tsuruei. It was said to be dry, but it was light and had a slight sweetness to it. Sanskrit Isojiman Hioki Sakura Sora. Heki-zakura is not transparent but yellow-brown in color. Color like mirin. Because it is aged for a long time, it has this color and unique taste. If it's old sake...it's brewed even more. It's dark brown and sweet, so it might be difficult to pair it with a meal, but it was served with curry rice to finish it off, so it was quite drinkable. I had intended to enjoy delicious sake, but it ended up going in a strange direction. But it was a good experience. The tamagoyaki was unique, and although it was said that ``you can't get it at other restaurants,'' it was exactly the kind of tamagoyaki you wouldn't find at any other restaurant. I would like to visit again when I have a variety of different sake.
