Click here today. This is Sake Bars located at the corner of an intersection, 5 minutes walk from Chikusa Station. It's probably been 5 or 6 years since I've been here, and I have the impression that it's always thriving. It was after 10pm on a Saturday, and the place was busy with regular old men. I checked the sold out items and additional menus that I could see behind the counter, and ended up ordering three glasses of sake (@half-go) and one snack. The appetizer is parboiled conger eel, so summery!・Junmai Ginjo Tsuru Saijo? ? ? (Saijo Tsuru Brewery / Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture) →An additional drink that is not on the menu. A Junmai Ginjo sake that has a crisp and refreshing taste and is full of flavor.・59Takachiyo 690 yen/tax included (Takachiyo Sake Brewery/Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture) →The flavor is intense and the sweetness comes through easily. It's quite easy to drink and has a nice aroma.・Gozenzake Bodhimoto Kijoshu 890 yen/tax included (Tsujimoto store/Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture) → A cup of richness and sweetness brewed by a female brewer. I like to drink it when I want to relax and have a relaxing time towards the end.・Salmon, cream cheese, and tobiko Aemono 660 yen/tax included → The sake goes well! I wonder if the salmon is pickled in salt koji? A dish that matches the relaxing texture of cream cheese with the bubble wrap texture of tobiko. There was surprisingly a lot of food, and I had already eaten dinner, so it was more than enough lol. Thank you for the meal. The reason they don't have local sake is probably because they aren't targeting the tourist crowd. Also, maybe it was the time of day, but the atmosphere was completely snack-y lol Well, there's nothing wrong with enjoying it alone. if the opportunity shows itself. *At the time of visit → Rating 3.28
