最近自分の飲むワインが自然派志向になってしまった感があるのですが、巷でもその流れはひしひしと伝わってきます。雑誌ブルータスではナチュラルワイン特集が組まれたり、ナチュラルワインのイベントなども盛んに開催されていたりします。そして何より扱うお店が段々増えているという事。
ここ名古屋でも感度の高そうな新規オープン店はもれなく自然派志向のワインを置いてあるお店が多い。
そしてナチュラルワインを置いてあるお店の中でも、こちらのお店内山三丁目チーズバーさんは老舗と言っても過言では無いのかも知れません。
今日は仕事帰りで今池の近くに来たので久しぶりに寄ってみました。
前来た時は、友人と大勢で来たので殆ど店主とお話しすることも無かったのですが、今日は1人。そして時間も早くまだお客も少なかったので、あれやこれやとお話することが出来ました。
チーズはモンドールとブルーチーズをチョイスしましたが2つとも最高に美味しい。
