I thought it would be called a cheese bar, with about 30 types of cheese, but there aren't that many. I really like drinking wine with Brie and it feels good. I thought they only had cheese on the menu, but they also have salsiccia, so there doesn't seem to be a sense of uniformity. (lol) But at least I would like there to be separate categories like wash, goat, buffalo, etc. It would be great if there was something like 6P or Cheetara. Thank you for the delicious risotto.
