池下マダムの集うイタリアン
ツレと早めのランチというか、遅めの朝食というか、とにかく何かおいしいものを食べに行こうと池下の駅前ぶらぶらとお店探し。
最初は軽めのご飯でもと思っていたが、ツレがここがいいと言うのでフルエンテさんに入店。
ランチのセットは選べるパスタと前菜盛り合わせ、パン、ドルチェ、ドリンクの2000円のコースと、これに肉料理or魚料理のメインをつけた3500円のコースの2種類。
今日は2000円のコースに追加でスープ300円と鹿肉のラグーソースのタリアテッレ（追加300円）をチョイス。
かぼちゃの冷製スープから始まり、6種の前菜盛り合わせ(生ハムとイチジク、フリッタータ、小エビの酢漬け、鶏肉の蒸し物、フォアグラのパテに桃ジャムを添えたもの、にんじんのマリネ)、パスタ、ドルチェにはパンナコッタを選択。どれも美味しい。
窓越しに見えるシェフ(父?)の丁寧なお仕事が垣間見られ、ホールは息子さんとおぼしきお兄さんが前菜の盛り合わせの説明を丁寧にしてくださるなど、アットホームでお値打ちな美味しいイタリアンのお店でした。また伺います。

ヤボ用で東京へ行ったあと、ツレと待ち合わせに選んだフルエンテさんに入店。たまにはイタリアンと言われたが近所でフルエンテさん以上のランチは食べられないので笑。
スープはじゃがいもの甘さが目立つ、お腹に優しいお味。安定の前菜プレートの次に選んだのはハチノス（ホルモンの方です）のソースが際立つパスタ。臭みなく柔らかく煮込んだソースは最高です。
ドルチェはピスタチオのカタラーナ。うまし。
