ふじちゃんの気まぐれランチ

このお店は、家から割と近いので、ふらっと訪問しました。
よく考えたら、食べログ始めて、あまりイタリアンのお店に行ってないです。
別に嫌いな訳じゃ無いのですが。
まず、野菜を煮込んだスープが来ました。
ミネストローネです。
味は、優しくて、一口目は少し物足りないかもしれませんが、野菜の旨味をしっかり感じられて美味しかったです。
次に、トマトを練り込んだフォカッチャと、全粒粉のパンが来ました。
フォカッチャ、美味しかったです。
前菜盛り合わせが来ました。
自家製のボイルハム バルサミコソース

メカジキの燻製
鶏肉を巻いたもの 中にイタリア産の黒いお米
フォアグラのパテ キンカンのジャム
ニンジンのマリネ
見た目も良くて、美味しかったです。
次に、カサレッチェ 牛トリッパと豆の煮込みソースが来ました。
ショートパスタに、牛のハチノスと豆の煮込みがかかっています。
ハチノスも豆も柔らかくて、美味しかったです。
少し、チーズの風味や、ハーブの香りがして、それがまた良い感じです。
メインは、金目鯛のソテー アンチョビとケイパーのソースです。
脂がのってます。
皮は、パリッとして、アンチョビとケイパーのソースが良く合います。
美味しかったです。
デザートは、ピスタチオのカタラーナ ミックスベリーのアイス。
飲み物は、エスプレッソをお願いしました。
ピスタチオのカタラーナ、コクと甘みがあって美味しかったです。
以上で、3600円でした。
コスパは、まあまあだと思いました。
