何度か伺っているお気に入り
天然物しか扱わない貴重なお鮨屋さん。
ミシュラン一つ星
店内撮影禁止になってからは初訪問。
〆は一日とか2日とか、身はプリプリ
シャリは一粒一粒が生きている感じの
絶妙なバランス、エアリー感。
ネタとシャリの一体感が良い感じ
海苔も好みです
