平日でしたが、ほぼ満席
リピーターも多そうなお店。
ワインは全てフランスのもので
ソムリエさんがフロアを担当していて、
ボトルも豊富に揃えているようです！
今回はコース料理に合わせて、グラスで。
スパークリング、白、赤といただきました
ここのNo.1のコースは5000だい前半
▷まず冷菜で
冷たいコーンスープにフォアグラを削ったもの
サーモンの燻製はサワークリームとオリーブにバジルのソース
どちらも美味しくて食欲がわいてきます。
▷自家製シャルキトリー10種？！盛り合わせ、サラダ、パン2種
こちら以外はすべて皿が分かれてでてきました。
こちらのみ取り分け
サラダは結構シンプル
キャロットラペもさっぱりめ、パンは柔らか
種類が多いシャルキトリーの合間に挟むといいですね
この盛り合わせは特にボリューミーで目を惹くのと、それぞれ違った味わいでお酒も話もすすみます★
豚レバーパテやリエットは濃厚
あとのハムなど塩気もほどよく、肉質はしっとり柔らかく美味しかった
魚はスズキのポワレで淡白、
下にはリゾットで甲殻類系のソース味
こちらと一緒に食べるとなかなかしっかりした量。
その次、お肉は選べたのでそれぞれ別で。
鴨は甘酸っぱ目なソース、牛肉は赤ワインでしっかりと煮込まれたほろっ、とろっとしたお肉
マッシュポテトも相性抜群
デザートはナッツやドライフルーツなど入った
アイスケーキにイチジクのソースだったかな、
口直しになりますね
食後のドリンクはついてきて、ミニカヌレも❤︎
もちもち系で良かったです。
