★こんなところにイタリアン食堂があるーって初めて知ったよ
店名は今池になってるけど駅からかなり離れてるよ♪
19:00時予約だったけど満席しかも予約席で満席だった♪
どれだけ人気なお店なのかな？笑
平日なのに満席ってなんか嬉しいよね♪
★生ハムのフルーツサラダがめためた美味しい♪
今の時期なのにシャインマスカットが本気で美味しいから入荷こだわってるのがすぐにわかったよ
★前菜の盛り合わせは１つ１つ味が違っていて手作り感があって心がほっこりしたよ♪いつも家族のためにと作る側だから手作りのご飯って本気で嬉しい
★パスタのボロネーゼソースがかなり濃厚♪
こんなボロネーゼ初めて食べたかも笑濃厚なソースだからワインが進むやばーってなる♪
結構ボリュームがあるからシェアして食べるのがお勧めですよ
★焼きたてのピザはマルゲリータとお店お勧めの自家製ソーセージとゴルゴンゾーラをハーフで注文したよ♪

ここのピザは高加水生地のピザだよ『高加水生地』？って何ってなった方説明しますね笑

なのでふんわりでもっちりしてるよ♪実際に食べたけどもっちりしてました
そして小麦粉はイタリアのカプート社の粉を2種類使用してるとか
