老舗感のある渋い外観に惹かれ、こちらのラーメン店に訪問しました。
店内はカウンター席のみの狭小店です。
中華そば大盛(800円)を注文。
自家製のつるつるとした喉ごしのよい柔めの多加水の平打ち細麺。
この麺に、鶏ガラベースの醤油スープが良く合います。
スープには適度にミンチ状の背脂も載っていて、尾道ラーメンを彷彿させます。
また近くに来た際は伺わせていただきます。
