中華そば 白華楼さんに訪問しました。名古屋 千種エリアにあるラーメン屋さんです。
土曜日の夜21時くらいに訪問。結構酔っ払った状態でシメラーを食べに行きました。カウンターのみのお店で23時までやっています。
券売機で中華そば(800円)を購入。5分くらいで着丼しました。
箸で麺を持ち上げてみると、平打ちのストレート麺。結構珍しいかも( °ω°)
スープは鶏ガラの醤油。かなり濃い口でした。薄く切られたチャーシューが美味しかったので次行く機会があればチャーシューメンにしようかなぁ。
