2020年5月 夜の徘徊自粛 解禁日!!
なかむら参 訪問への時間調整で 16時オープン店 を
発見し入店。
1月30日「名古屋ドーム Queen コンサート」最後に、
夜は自粛し、
飲酒できる年齢から、こんなに夜、出歩かない事が、
過去にあっただろうか？
自分的に、1月30日で、もはやコンサートは厳しいと
感じていたが、日本の政府は甘く、2020年4月10日
くらいから、実質6月1日までだった・・・。
（細かな解除はあったものの）
場所は「イオン今池店）（旧ダイエー）の真西にあり、
店舗の横幅が広く、海の家の様 な 店内を想像したが、
まったく違って驚いた!!
カウンター席は、重厚感があり、お皿も安っぽくはない。
串は、煙が立ち込めた調理場で、モクモクした串焼きで
無く、ちゃんとした料理 と 言っていいクオリティ。
お皿は2枚を貝殻の様に被せ、ホコリを掛からない工夫
がされていたが、
出来上がった串を乗せるお皿は、そのまま置かれていた。
個人的は、貝殻の様に置いてあるお皿だけでいいと思う。
ただ、2品目以降の串は、お皿に盛って提供。
ちなみに、大久手の「博多商店」まで歩いたが、
もはやこの時間帯で満席。

名古屋市中川区に生まれ、両親は美容室を経営。
高校に入学するもドロップアウト。
17才のとき、父が倒れ、自立を意識。飲食店で
アルバイトを始め、人と接することが好きなことや、
サービス業の魅力を感じ、
その後、中古車販売会社で営業職に就くと先輩や
お客様に可愛がられてトップセールスに就き、
静岡のデザイン設計事務所に就職。
25歳名古屋に戻り、焼き鳥店にて修行。
28歳名古屋市中区金山に「焼き鳥きんざん」創業。
40歳2020年。
