自家製シソジュース660注文。
まず、自家製しそジュースがやってきて見た目がかわいい♡飲んでみると甘さとスカッとさがちょうど良い感じで美味しい！お口どりはにんじんスープとサバの燻製、猪。どれも美味しいです。次は選べるアラカルトでパテ2つとエスカルゴと牛肉が詰め込まれたパイを注文。パイもパテも美味しいですが特にパテが絶品です。美味しかった。続いてのお魚はホワイトクリームで似たものでしたがこれは一番美味しい。ホワイトソースに少し酸味がありなんともいえない美味しさです。シェフすごいです。次のトリュフのリゾットは運ばれてきた時から香りがすごい♡食べてみると最高に美味しくこれも一番美味しい最後は鴨のお肉でしたが筋もなく食べやすくソースも美味しく付け合わせのさつまいものソースも最高でした。デザートのほうじ茶のブラマンジュチョコアイス添えも美味しかったです。
シェフが最高の食品を最高に美味しく仕上げていてプロ意識に感激しました。
