千種駅前すぐの場所にある、煙力千種店さん。
店内は、二階もあり、
店員さんは、とても大変そうだ・・・
若いからできるのだろう。
いつものトロタンを二人前注文した。
これは絶対に外せない、一品なのだが、
味付けは店舗ごとに塩加減が違うのである。
結構濃い目にかかっている店舗もあるが、
こちらの店舗はほどよくて、
今まで行った中で一番味付けがよかった。
五秒焼きロース
これは言うまでもなく、安定においしい。
この卵黄タレが決めてである。
社長推しの塩ハラミも注文
うむ。カルビがきつくなってきた年なので
このハラミがほんとちょうどいい。
〆のテールスープ
〆の冷麺
この二品もいつも注文するけど、
〆にピッタリ！！
結局いつも同じものを注文してしまうのだが、
月に一回は食べたくなる味で
中毒性がある。
