愛知県だけと言うわけでは無いですが、昔から味噌とんちゃんを良く食べる風習があり小さい時もお祭りとかになると親戚で良く食べていました。
まあ今はマンション住まいですし煙モクモクとんちゃんを自宅で食べることは出来ませんので食べるなら外のお店になります。
藤が丘店は偶然休みの時に見つけたお店の系列店を発見。まずは値段で安堵できますね。
ここでも味噌とんちゃんに辛子を大量に混ぜて焼くとこれが実に美味しいんですよね。あとは味噌牛ホルモン、倍以上の値段はしますがこれがやはり旨いな。たまにはこれ食わないといかんですね。
さらに今回は塩ホルモンもチョイス、味噌味ばかりのところにこのジューシーなあっさりホルモンはとても合いますね、ご馳走さまでした。
