Tonchanyaki is one of Nagoya's soul foods. Tsuka-chan's first visit where you can enjoy fresh parts. Start with one of the famous tongues. The tongue tip and tongue of the pork tongue are quite delicious! The staff will grill and cut it for you. Next was the skirt steak, Tonchan (large intestine), which tasted as expected. The liver was delicious! I was told that even pork liver can be seared on the surface, and the liver eaten with sesame oil and coarse salt was quite sweet and flavorful. You can also enjoy crunchy parts that are rarely eaten, such as Maru-chan's thick blood vessels and Kutsubera-chan's vocal cords. Tonchan grilled over charcoal is really delicious.
