久しぶりの池下！ランチで入ったこの店は、ヘルシーなランチ内容で毎日の食事管理ができそうですね。
価格帯もサラリーマンにはありがたいです。
池下駅前北のドラッグストア右横のビル2階に安くて、栄養も考えた良質なお店がありました。
価格帯は、500〜900円くらいの幅で、今回は800円の生姜焼き定食を注文しました。
従業員さんの配置は、厨房に一人、配膳に一人と実に効率的です。
接客も実に丁寧で、かつ気さくで良かったです。
■注文内容
●生姜焼き定食 800円
生姜焼き・日替わり小鉢2品・味噌汁・ライス・サラダ・香り物で、生姜焼きはネギがどっさりにっていて、個人的にはベストな仕上がりでした。
日替わり小鉢2品も実にヘルシーで、定食全体の栄養バランスを整えていましたね。

二階上がると気さく店員さんが席に誘導してくれます。
1階部分でメニュー表ありますので、注文もスムーズです。内装は厨房があり、座席は、カウンターとテーブルで、コンクリート打ちっぱなしに黒塗壁で、スポットライトが雰囲気ありますね。
平日、12時ころ訪問
座席稼働率は60%くらいでした。
