名古屋市営地下鉄桜通線 車道駅から徒歩で10分くらいの立地。大通りから、奥に入ったところにあるので、判りづらいかも。自分も赤萩町線第2号を歩いていて、駐車場に『鶏そば天翔 P』という看板を見付たのですが、大通り沿いには見付けられず、あれ？っと思いました。
お店は、カウンターのみで、食券を購入し、店員さんに指定された席に座ります。
今回は、看板メニューである鶏そばを注文しました。
ハンドミキサーで泡立てたスープが特徴的な鶏白湯ラーメンです。
スープは、濃厚な鶏白湯。表面が泡立っており、フワフワです。臭みもなく、サラッとしており、塩味もちょうどよく、とても美味しいスープでした。とても飲みやすいと思いました。
麺は、中太ストレートで、やや平らになっていました。スープがよく絡んで、とても美味しいです。
トッピングは、レア気味のチャーシュー、穂先メンマ、ネギ、なると。メンマが、たっぷりなのはちょっと驚きました。レア気味のチャーシューが美味しい。
非常に美味しい鶏白湯のスープだと思います。
