丸の内にある「鶏そば啜る(すする)」の系列のラーメン屋です。
食券機で購入し、着席。カウンターのみです。
味噌鶏そばをいただきました。
スープは、ハンドミキサーで泡立てられた鶏白湯スープとハマグリスープのダブルスープ。
4種類の味噌がブレンドされ味をまろやかにするため豆乳が加えられています。
低温調理された鶏チャーシューも4枚乗っています。
麺は少し太めの縮れ麺。もちもちとした食感で濃厚なスープに負けないようになっています。
泡立ったスープもよく絡むのでスープの味も直接感じることが出来ます。
美味しくいただきました。
