今池のアスゲンタイガーで盛り上がった後は
お隣の竹内ススルに〆で行ってきました。
ゴールデンコースをリスペクトです(^o^)
もちろん、看板メニューの鶏そばを注文。
スープは国産鶏ガラを長時間煮込んだ濃厚な
コラーゲンたっぷりの極上鶏白湯です。
麺は讃岐うどんで使われる小麦粉使用し、
特殊な手法でモッチリとコシとしなやかのある
つるんとした喉ごしの良い自家製麺がスープに
バッチリ絡んでめちゃくちゃ美味しい☆☆
チャーシューも豚の肩ロースを真空低温調理で
じっくりと時間熱を加えた豚の旨味を味わえる
ストライクな美味しさでした☆
