いつかのディナーは千種にある一軒家の隠れ家の割烹につれていっていただきました。
人気の完全紹介制のお店の別邸で二号店です。
和食だけではない遊び心あるお料理。
器や箸置きは店主の手作りの瀬戸焼。器からも愛を感じます。
お酒も珍しいお酒が勢ぞろい。
この日は空のブラック生原酒、黒龍八十八号、新政美山錦、八仙など素敵なラインナップで酔いどれました
コースもありますがアラカルトで。
写真はほたてなめろうのキャビアのせ。
あまり写真は撮りませんでしたが美味しかったものばかり。
カバー写真の〆はメニューにはないですが、かたぶつさんの麺を使った瀬戸焼きそばを作ってくれました✨
今度は本店にも伺ってみたいな☺️

One day, I had dinner at Bettei Nakatake En.✨ The chef's selection course. 22,000 yen Assorted appetizers with cute Kewpie decorations. All of the dishes were creative and made with love and were delicious, and General Kotani's customer service was cheerful and fun, making us have a happy time. It's been a long time since I last tried Nakatake En's course, but it was very good. Kaishokuan Nakatake's villa, which is completely introduction-based, is also a hideaway.
