完全紹介制の「懐食庵なかたけ」が手がけている別邸です！
一見さんでも気兼ねなく足を運べるようにとできたお店です☆
今回、毎月10日間限定のランチコースをお目当てに、電話で予約してお邪魔しました♪
12時一斉スタートです☆
◉11月ランチコース 3800円
◉鳳凰美田ぶどうジュース 680円
●先付け お椀
・カニの殻からとった濃厚お出汁に、蓮根饅頭が入っていて、もっちり美味しい
・鯖缶 蓋を開けると、モクモク〜☆
演出が素敵です✨✨
サクラチップで燻製にしているので香りがいいです！
鯖は脂がのっていて、味がしみて美味しい
●ワンプレート盛り
・ポルチーニ茸ソース 茶碗蒸し
・菜の花とローストポークのお浸し
・ゆずの器に、北海道の天然ぶりをカブのジュレで和えたもの
・あおさのだし巻き玉子
・牛サーロインのすき焼き ゴボウのきんぴら添え
・数の子
盛り付けが素敵で、どれもとっても美味しかったです少しずついろいろ食べられるのが嬉しいです♪
●釜飯炊きご飯２種
・トマトとバジル・ベーコン
2杯目は味変で、チーズを削ってくださいます♪イタリアンですね！！
ご飯が一粒一粒しっかりしていて、ツヤツヤ✨✨バジルの香りがして、とっても美味しい
・16穀米
もっちりしていて、こちらもご飯がツヤツヤでとっても美味しかったです
２種ともおかわりどうですか？のお声掛けがあり、もちろん！いただきました♪
