I went for a drink with a friend on a hot day. The bone-in kalbi was served freshly grilled over charcoal on a bed of cabbage. The tender kalbi was served by holding it by the bone in your hand (I think). Vinyl gloves were provided on the table so you could grab it without it getting sticky. The meat was tender and well seasoned. It was so delicious that I ordered another plate. The red sauce topping also worked well. The tsukune bell pepper was actually a tsukune version of the minced meat on bell peppers you get at a sexy butcher's. The texture of the raw bell pepper and the tsukune went really well together, so I'd like to try it at home. There are counter seats so you can feel at ease even if you're alone. You can also have fun in the box seats. It seems like it can be used for a variety of occasions. It's right in front of JR Chikusa Station, on the first basement floor of a building, so it's easy to find even if you're meeting someone. Thank you for the meal♪( ´▽｀)
