A restaurant that shares a kitchen at Restaurants Bib. Another kitchen and counter are installed at the entrance of Restaurants Bib, and the restaurant uses that area. Chef Maebashi was a chef at "The Kitchen Salvatore Cuomo NAGOYA" and "Zex West Salvatore Cuomo Bros.", both run by Y's Table. Unfortunately, there is no pizza, as the shared kitchen does not have a pizza oven. Lunch is served as a 2,000 yen course, and dinner is served as a 5,500 yen course, but since it was a pre-opening, we were able to eat pasta and dessert. They served us juice as a free service at the beginning of the pre-opening. Tagliatelle, made with handmade pasta, Hokkaido scallops, and Gifu basil, is a dish that is mixed with long, ribbon-shaped pasta. The basil sauce goes well with the pasta and was delicious. For dessert, there was biscotti made with Sicilian pistachios and Ice cream cream made with Nishio matcha. This dessert is planned to be a specialty. For dinner, the main dish will be A5-ranked specially selected Japanese black beef "Irago Black Beef" from Tahara City, Aichi Prefecture. I thought it was quite cheap considering the course content.
