美味しいの領域を超えてきました
土曜日の11:30に予約して訪問
当日は霧雨でしたが開店と同時に満席です
私もですがシェフに「お久しぶりです」
と声をかけられてる方もいて
リピートのお客様が
多そうな感じです
とても気さくでフレンドリーなシェフだから
美味しさはもちろん
通いたくなる気持ち分かる分かる
心の中で頷きます
そしていつも美味しいのですが
特に他の方がシェアされていた
ウニリゾット美味しそうで
お伝えしたところ
メニューに入れて下さりました！
これが想像以上に美味しくて
美味しいの領域超えるって
こういう事？みたいな
「何でこんなに美味しいんですか？」
と思わず聞いたら
心臓に手を当ててらっしゃって
ハートらしいです
「確かに」
と思いながら
料理ももちろんだけど
プラスアルファで通いたくなる
ユニークな場所です笑
今回も美味しかったです

美味しくて居心地いいお店
レストランviveさんとシェアキッチン
されているお店で
シェフがとにかく気さくで
料理愛が伝わってくる
空間がとても居心地よい場所。
パスタは
・トマト肉系か
・魚介系で
選ばせてもらえ
魚介系を選択したのですが
お野菜も入っていて
平打ち麺のシコシコとした食感と併せ
びっくりする美味しさでした。
デザートも美しく
下のビスコッティが優しい味で
柔らかなホロホロだけどサクサクした
たまらない食感。
ビスコッティというと
一般的には香辛料がきつく
硬いイメージでしたが
ここで違う世界を見せてもらえました〜！
持ち帰りたい美味しさだった。
今回は単品だったので
次回はフルフルでシェフのコースを
楽しみたいです。
