高岳のお店から池下に移転して今月16日(日)にグランドオーブンの、えんまさんにお邪魔しました。
料理は、前菜、刺身、サラダ、自家製ベーコン、チキンのスモーク、鶏料理、鍋、釜炊きご飯、デザート等頂きました。
焼き鳥は、
塩味でさっぱりのものや、チーズ、大葉、わさび、ネギ、山椒の味など色々な味が楽しめました。
鶏肉は軟らかいのに弾力があり、とっても美味しかったです。
野菜焼き
プチトマト串、アスパラガス
サラダ
一つのお皿の中に、はちみつ、バジル、ごまくるみがけの3種類のドレッシングがかけられていて、場所によって味が違うのが面白く楽しめました。

どちらも香ばしくて美味しかったです
スンドゥブ鍋
魚介の旨みがスープに出ていて、辛さの中に甘味と旨みが良い塩梅になっていました。
釜炊きごはん
みょうが、しそ、枝豆、みつば等の薬味が沢山入っていて、それぞれの良い風味、食感、味がいかされていました。
前菜の卵焼きも美味しかった～
あとドリンクも、レモンやライムの入ったお洒落なお酒も良かったです。
メニューは、単品もコースもあり、コースは予算に応じて作って頂く事も出来ます。
