美しすぎる肉寿司と美味しい焼き鳥を堪能
池下駅と今池駅の間くらいにあるのか
どちらからも徒歩5分くらいにあります。
私は美味しいビールを飲むため⁈
千種駅から歩いて、10〜15分くらいでした。
落ち着いていてこじんまりしたお店。
店内に入ると壁にはサインがズラリと！
TVなどでよく取り上げられるお店みたいです。
カウンター席（8席）もいい感じでしたが
今回は4人で行ったのでテーブル席で！
広めのテーブルが3卓ありました。
大将は明るくにこやかで気さくな方でした。

濃厚だけど優しい味で何杯もおかわりしちゃった

とっても美味しかったです。

小さい頃に学校の帰り道によく食べたな。
大将が漬けられた梅酢のドリンクを
食後にいただきましたが
さっぱりして美味しかったです。
健康にも良さそうですよね！
メニューを見ていたらジビエも食べれるみたいだから
今度はそれも食べてみたいな！

A popular restaurant in Ikeshita that has often been featured on TV started serving delicious hot pot dishes, so I went there with my friends ♪ ⚫︎Hakata Hot Pot course ・Homemade oboro tofu ・Pickles ・Hakata Hot Pot /Hinataki Beer Homemade sour ( Lemon/Plum) First, the appetizer that came out was homemade freshly made tofu. Even if you eat it as it is, it has a sweet soybean flavor and is delicious, but since the pot is full, you can eat it as is, eat it with salt, eat it with soy sauce, etc.♪ Next, the pickles came out! A refreshing snack before the hot pot. Then came the main dish - a hot pot filled with chicken. The soup has a really good stock and looks delicious ♡ The friendly chef carefully explained how to eat it. First of all, we will just have a soup that is full of flavor. As delicious as you can imagine! Next, enjoy the meat of your choice with our mellow and refreshing homemade ponzu sauce and our special yuzu pepper. The yuzu pepper was a really nice accent and it was delicious~♡ Next, add green onions and special raw meatballs that are perfect for the hot pot.I love green onions and meatballs in the hot pot! Each ingredient is delicious, but the flavorful soup makes it even more delicious. After that, I added lots of vegetables and the first tofu that came out and ate it, and the vegetables were delicious! The cabbage in particular was delicious as it soaked up the soup in which it was grown. Lastly, add chopped green onions, eggs, and minced meat to create a porridge soup that is even more flavorful with the meat and vegetables! It's fun to eat hot pot♪ Of course it's delicious. It was quite large, but it was refreshing, full of flavor, and delicious, so we all ate it and thought it was delicious, and before we knew it, we had eaten it all! The alcoholic drink that accompanied my meal that day was a sour made with homemade syrup. It's not too sweet and goes well with meals, and it's full of lemon and plums, making it a delight.
