池下駅から歩いて向かうと、沢山美味しそーなお店が
ここら辺はお店も多く、誘惑がいっぱいです
そんな中でもこの日は気になっていたこちらへ☺️
暖簾くぐって、いざ入店

身も心も温まるスープからスタート☺️
出汁が効いてて美味しい♡
前菜はさっぱりと
糠漬けやトマトのバジルソースもあって、
創作感がありがたいのよ
そして、自家製豆腐が良き❗️
これね、お店で作ってるらしい
個人的には「塩」で食べると美味しかったな❤️
家族でハイエナのように食べた笑笑
そして、地鶏の刺身で飛んだよ
当日の朝まで元気にコケコッコしてた鶏さんだから、
めちゃくちゃ新鮮
歯応え良くて、これは完全にお酒です
そして、ここからは串のオンパレード✨
まずね、どれも食感がいいの
大好きなレバーはふわっとしてて、ごま油がいい感じ
あと印象深いのはつくね❗️
柔らかいつくねと梅肉との相性が良き✌️
初めて梅肉と食べたけど、つくねのポテンシャル感じた
そして、真打登場
このもつ鍋のスープ、やべー♡♡♡
とてつもなく出汁が効いてて、こういうもつ鍋は
初めて食べた
人参や玉ねぎももつ鍋の具材としてはあまり経験ないけど、
甘みが増して食べやすい味
もつもぶりんぶりんで食べごたえ最高
〆の雑炊もしっかり堪能した
最後のお口直しのわらび餅もとろっとして良き❤️
大満足な内容でした☺️
