小雨模様なので、駅から近いお店を散策
少し歩いてこちらを発見
麻婆麺専門店って珍しいなぁ
とりあえず麻婆ラーメンと小ライス、味玉、唐揚げにしよう。
麻婆ラーメン
ベースは醤油ラーメン
太麺と細麺が選べるが、このチョイスなら細麺
麻婆豆腐は少し辛めですが、日本人好みのタイプ
四川山椒などは別添えになってるので味変にかけるとだいぶ本格的な味になる。
味玉も半熟で美味い
ただ後半は同じ味に飽きてくる。
途中で酢をかけてサッパリさせていただきます。
コレはこれでアリですね。
唐揚げ
片栗粉を直前でつけて揚げるので周りはサクサクしてるが、肝心のお肉はパサつき気味。
まずい訳じゃ無いですが、わざわざお店で食べる様なクオリティーでは無く家庭的。
普通に美味しいが、コスパは低いかな？
