Lunch on the second day in Nagoya was Pork Cutlet @. Arrived at 11:53 after walking for about 10 minutes from Kuramichi Station.There are only counter seats in the store. There are four types of branded pork: 1) Running pork (Kumamoto prefecture), 2) Gobal pork (Gifu prefecture), 3) Saito pork (Miyagi prefecture), and 4) Sasuke pork (Iwate prefecture), but the fillet is only 150g of Sasuke pork. I ordered 150g of Sasuke pork loin. Pork Cutlet comes with rice, miso soup, pickles, and cabbage, and you can get refills. There are two types of sauce: homemade sauce and medium sauce, salt, mustard, pickles, and dressing.After a while, Pork Cutlet appears. The rice is called Ichihomare, and the miso soup uses barley miso for the pork stock. Sasuke pork is soft and has sweet fat. Delicious with salt or sauce. Cabbage is a good palate cleanser with onion dressing. The barley miso soup is so hot that it almost burns you and is very delicious. Thank you for the meal. I headed to Tokugawaen to eat up my stomach.
