名古屋市、名古屋市営地下鉄/桜通線、車道駅から徒歩10分くらいの場所にあるお店。
間口は狭く、店内はカウンターのみ。金髪の店主さん？のワンオペレーションのようです。
「今日はロースしかないですがよろしいですか？」と確認はいるが問題無し。

しばらく待っていると来客があり満席になりました。
佐助豚150gロース定食
ごはん、きゃべつちゃんと美味しい。カツは薄衣で密着。食べてみるとあっさり、衣や揚げ油も含めてあっさりしてました。赤身部分が少しパサつき気味。・・・、このプライシングでこのかつではきびしい。体感的にはこの150gのロースの定食で1800円～2000円くらいが適正というか許容レンジかなと感じました。
名古屋はとても凄いとんかつのお店が多いので楽しみにしていましたが残念でした。
