ません。ビストロです。がキャッチコピー。
千種駅から広小路通りの交差点から小路に入っ
た場所に、それがある。
マー は 内野シェフの名前から
ボー は フランス語で「美」。
この場所は元々「Estoy lleno（エストイ・ジェノ）
と言うスペイン料理のお店で、現在は四家道に移転
し「Comedor Kito- （コメドールキト）」名で活
躍されている!! （2018年11月7日）
今回、マーボー のご主人に失礼をしてしまい、
新しくオープンした事を知らず、エストイ・
ジェノ人気メニュー「イワシのオイルサーデン」
を冒頭にオーダーしてしまった。
当然「マーボー」では提供してません。

スモークサーモンカルパッチョ（half） 1100円
ハートランドビール ７７０円
短時間でのお食事で、ご迷惑を掛けてしまったの
で、次回はフルオーダーして見たい。
お店は、ご主人と女性スタッフさんで奥様ではない。
❖カルパッチョの出会い
20代の頃、愛知県と岐阜県を結ぶ「愛岐大橋」を
各務原へ渡った「セブンイレブン各務原前渡東町店」
辺りに、洒落たカフェがあり、
何気に入店し、適当に頼んだのが「カルパッチョ」
のランチだった!!
それが、生涯初めて食べた「カルパッチョ」。
チョが付くからメキシコ料理ではない。
ちゃんとした「イタリア料理」。
ドンガバチョでもない!!（判らないよね）
そのお店は、たぶん今はない。
各務原は「かかみはら」と読み「かがみはら」で
はありません。でも漢字変換するよ!!
