《雑記感想》
千種駅近くの新栄3丁目
広小路通から路地に入ってすぐにあります
サーモンのカルパッチョ美しくて美味しい
カツオの炙り焼きは香ばしい火入れ
パートブリック包みを春巻きに見立てる名物
トマトのつぶ粒が美味しいラビゴットソース⭕️
全部美味しかったですが蝦夷鹿のローストを推します
しっとりしていて私好みで大満足
次にマーボー風鯛茶漬けは魚醤の風味と
鯛の上品な出汁が鯛の身と凄く調和が取れている
店の場所はひっそりあり分かり辛いものの
千種駅から近いので不便ではない
その後のドゥエ・アルヴォネーロとの
トリプルコラボは運命を感じましたね〜
