前に行く事ができなかった
スペイン料理のエストイジュノがあった建物に
少し前、新しくお店が出来てるのを知ってお伺い
名古屋/千種
『マーボー』
今回はコース料理にしてみたけどアラカルトもある
普通のビストロと違って
コースは1人一皿でボリューム感はほどよく
一捻りしてる食材とかお料理も多かった
国産食材を使ってるイメージ
スペシャリテが春巻きで具材もめずらしくて
食べ応えあります
パイ包みはクラシックフレンチぽかったです
お肉はプラス料金であいち鴨にして
添えてあるバターで焼いたオレンジもおいしくて、
鴨自体も焼き加減よくしっとりして臭みもなくてよかった⭐︎
シメに鯛茶漬けでお出汁が洋風で変わってた
デザートに食後はお飲み物もついてきました
やや穴場となっており、
栄などの喧騒から離れてお食事したい方にぴったり
