地下鉄池下駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所に２０２４年１月２５日にオープンした居酒屋です、さっそく平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンター４席にテーブル６卓、半個室の掘りごたつ席が３部屋といった席数、２０時ころに入りましたがほかにお客さんは３組と落ち着いていました。
メニューは焼鳥をはじめとする串焼きに串揚げ、それに唐揚げや手羽先、アジフライ、かつおの竜田揚げなどの揚げ物、それにカツオのタタキやなめろうなどの海鮮、名物の炙り鴨などの鴨肉、炙り鴨丼や鉄板肉チャーハン、生親子丼、至高のイクラ丼といったご飯もの、それに二人前からの注文ですが鴨しゃぶしゃぶや鴨すき焼きなどの鍋もありました。
その中から牛すじ煮込みにタルタルチキン南蛮、串揚げと焼鳥を何種類か注文、牛すじ煮込みは真っ黒な見た目がなんとも唆りますね、濃厚な味噌が沁みてとろとろになった牛すじがたまりません。
タルタルチキン南蛮は大きなのが３つでボリュームもたっぷり、しっかり揚げられたカリッとした食感の衣にふっくらしたお肉、甘いタレにたっぷりのタルタルソースもマヨラーのワタクシ的にはうれしいですね。
串揚げからは名物子持ち昆布のイクラのせがヒット、カリッとした食感の衣と子持ち昆布のぷちぷちの食感が最高です、それにいくらの塩気も実にイイですね、すごく美味しかったです。
この日はちょうちんや味噌おでんなど食べたかったものが一部品切れだったので機会があればリベンジしたいですね、ごちそうさまでした。
