名古屋遠征で立ち寄ったお店、その２です。
最初にご紹介したKEG NAGOYAのKEG(ケグ）も、BAR CASKのCASK（カスク）も実は同じ＜樽＞という意味。
ただし、この２つは中身の注ぎ方が違います。
KEGは炭酸ガスのガス圧を利用して中身を注ぐのに対し（一般的なビールの樽はケグ）、
CASKは炭酸ガスを使わずに重力で中身を落とします（ワインやウイスキー）。

KEG NAGOYAのケグはビール樽を指していたのに対し、BAR CASKのカスクはウイスキーの樽のこと。
樽買いしているウイスキーがずらり並んだ店内はアンティーク感漂う内装。
静かにJAZZが流れ、照明も落ち着いているので、1人でカウンターで飲むのにも最適。
ウイスキーの充実っぷりはもちろん、最近目覚めたという地ビールのラインナップにもこれから期待！
