椙山女学園南交差点角にある百名店の覚王山 吉芋 本店です。
細切りの芋けんぴ吉芋花火が超人気で有名ですが、何度も食べた事あるので、今回は大学芋をテイクアウトしました。
大学芋は2種類
べっ甲芋:乱切りの蜜の味とごまの風味、中国産の原料。
拍子木: 拍子木切りの九州地方の高系芋を使ったほっこりとした大学芋。
拍子木 720円
手土産用と家用といただきました。
付属の蜜をかけていただきます。
甘すぎない蜜はお芋本来の甘味を引き立てます。
ほっこり美味しい大学芋に仕上がってます。
賞味期限は当日中なのも本物の証ですな。
