東山公園前の道沿いにあるビストロのお店。
駐車場はなさそうなので、近くのCPにとめて来店。
店内はこじんまりして、5卓程度。しかもコロナ禍で全部は使っていない様子。
店長さんのワンオペのようですね。
飲み物は白ワインのグラスで。
コースをたのんであったので、とりあえず前菜のもりあわせ。
メロンの生ハム包み、他のハム、テリーヌ、スモークサーモン、ニンジンサラダなど。タコが柔らかくてうまい。ワインにどれも合うなあ。
カボチャのポタージュは優しい味。
牡蠣とからすみのパスタはうまいね。牡蠣は火が入りすぎていないのでジューシー。
フランス産鴨のロースト。やわらかな赤身はこれまたなかなか。
どれもふつうにおいしくいただきました。
まんぼうの間は酒類の提供はしていないようですので、明けたらまたいこかな(^.^)
