This place requires advance reservations and the location is a little inconvenient. I was able to make a reservation during the day on a weekend, so I decided to visit! It's about 10 minutes from Nagoya University Station, so I recommend taking a loophole. Currently, only four people are accepted at each hour, so the interior has a relaxed atmosphere with few people. You can enjoy it at your own pace without worrying about time. So I'm happy to be able to place additional orders with confidence. The first one is Japanese Pear & Kyoho & Shine Muscat, which is a special edition that is not on the menu, which I appreciate. The second one is pistachio & mascarpone. I love pistachio, so this is a very moving dish! The third one is black sesame milk & sweet potato. The flavor of sesame and sweet potato go well together, it's exquisite! All are really delicious. The ice here is very smooth, and it's wonderful that you don't get cold at all while eating it. I feel like it melts faster, but I think it's fine because I can have as many cups as I want. Overall, this is my favorite Shaved ice shop in Nagoya, including the atmosphere of the shop and the customer service of the owner.
