この日の夕食に一品加えたくて、お惣菜のお店に寄りました。
覚王山日泰寺の参道に有る「サイドリッシュ」です。
お店に着いたのは17時半頃。
テイクアウトでは豚の角煮が売りらしく、
表の看板にもイラスト入りで紹介されていました。
購入する一品は、豚の角煮に決まりです。
真空パックされた物が1袋2個入りで売られていました。
それを2袋購入です。
買って来た角煮は自宅で早速頂きました。
「美味しく召し上がる方法」も付いていて、
それに従って加熱調理を施します。
ちょっと面倒ですが、美味しさには代えられません。
角煮は美味しかったですね。
お肉も脂身が比較的少ない部位を使っていて、
肉の旨味がしっかりと味わえます。
脂も程好く落ちている様で、
食べていてくどくならないのも良いですね。
味も濃過ぎる事も無く、
あっさりとお腹に収まりました。
次回はイートインしても良いお店ですね。
