日曜の12時前に昼食目当てで訪問。店内は既に満席で、テイクアウトの方も合わせて5組の待ち行列がありました。10分程待ち店内にご案内頂き、着席して注文したメニューは注文概要の通りです。
・豚の角煮とお惣菜のランチ（税込 1,180円）評価＝◯
【メイン】豚の角煮は程よい柔らかさで食べ易く仕上がっています。甘辛く味付けされて、中までよく味が染みています。ただ、濃くないので思ったよりも、あっさりと頂けました。付け合わせも変わっていて、厚揚げや人参等、楽しめます。
【ご飯】混ぜご飯は大根の葉（？）の混ぜご飯でしょうか。薄味ですが、それが程よくご飯のおいしさを引き立てるようでおいしい。
【スープ】スープ（沢煮）は、溶き玉子、ネギ、大根の葉、大根と具材が盛りだくさん。味わいも優しい薄味で、野菜の味がとことん味わえます。
小鉢は、切り干し大根とナメコと水菜、糸蒟蒻の和えもの、白菜と豆腐のチャンプル（？）です。

【メイン】豚の角煮の汁をたっぷりと周りに浸したオムライスです。角煮もしっかりとのっています。角煮は柔らかく中までしっかりと味が染み込んでいて美味しい。オムライスは、玉子がちょっと硬めの仕上がりです。中のご飯は大根葉の混ぜご飯のようです。
スープはお惣菜ランチと同様ですので、コメントは割愛させて頂きます。
