名古屋・覚王山の末盛通２交差点角にある「やまざき」。九条ネギなど京都の食材を使った、ちょっとオシャレな京風鉄板焼き屋さんです。
いただいたのは九条ねぎ焼の「こんちくしょう」1,080円。九条ネギを使ったオーソドックスなねぎ焼なのですが、具材として入っている「こんにゃく」「ちくわ」「紅しょうが」の頭をつなげて「こんちくしょう」と言うのだそうです。
それにワインを合わせるのがやまざき流…ということで、爽やかな辛口白ワインの「トレッビアーノ・ダブルッツオ」550円をいただきましたが、フレッシュな果実味が意外にねぎ焼と合っていました。
