日曜日のランチ訪問です。
ランチメニューもありましたが、平打ち麺って何だろう？
興味津々で豚入りをオーダー。
きしめんのような平打ちですが、焼きそばなので切れたりはしません。
京都から仕入れているという麺をソース味で頂きました。
一緒にマヨネーズ、辛いソースも運ばれてきましたが私は一味をお願いしました。
焼きそばとは違った食感ですが、キャベツ、豚、生姜、天かす等と一緒に頂きました。
テイクアウトで京チヂミを持ち帰り、添えの山椒で和風感を味わいました。
